How Do We Start?
It's easy. Just give Art a call or send him an email. Art will be happy to discuss your project with you on the phone. If it is mutually agreeable, Art will visit you at your home to determine the feasibility of the project. If you like what you see in Art's portfolio and like his ideas for your home, you move to the next step.
Design Services Contract. You sign a Design Services Contract with us. We charge a fee of 8% of the job budget for Art's custom design for your project. This fee covers the design, development, presentation of a rendering of your project and the preliminary cost estimate. This fee is for design only and is separate from the cost of construction.
The final step in the contract process is signing the Construction Contract. At this point, you have approved the design including floor plans and elevations; you have seen a realistic rendering of what your project will look like and have been given a firm price for your project.
Now all we have left to do is build your project. This is where the dream turns into reality...The entire team at Art Robinson Designs is geared to keeping you as informed and comfortable as possible during the entire process,especially during the construction.
